In partnership with Barham and Sons, we successfully completed bespoke flooring installations across nine luxury apartments. The flooring, supplied by Barham and Sons, features the refined “Creative (Brushed) Oak 4115” finish, crafted in the Premier Herringbone Traditional Grade (18/3x125x600mm) style.
This premium flooring solution not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of each apartment but also brings a timeless sense of sophistication and character to the interiors. Laying the Groundwork for Luxury
Prior to the herringbone flooring installation, we carried out comprehensive subfloor preparation, including professional floor latexing to ensure a smooth and level surface. Additionally, a high-performance soundproofing underlay was installed to enhance acoustic insulation, ensuring a quieter and more comfortable living environment. These essential preparatory steps laid the foundation for a flawless and long-lasting flooring finish.
